Object

the implementation of regular services on behalf of the Unstrut-Hainich and Kyffhäuser districts for a maximum period of 10 years as well as the improvement of the traffic conditions in local public transport in the local transport area of the Unstrut-Hainich district and the Kyffhäuserkreis under the realization of the tasks specified in the preamble. Among other things, the public transport network is to be designed by means of uniform demand analyses, demand planning and cost controlling in such a way that a needs-oriented and economical public transport supply is realized; the implementation of school transport with extensive integration into the general regular service; the development of special services, including rail replacement services, occasional services, mainly in the area of the Unstrut-Hainich district and the Kyffhäuser district; the development, creation and implementation of a uniform tariff, sales and information system, including the publication of a uniform tariff, sales and information system, including the publication of a joint timetable; the uniform and comprehensive marketing and advertising presentation of the company's services and works to the public, in particular in the field of public transport.
