- According to its own information, QUNDIS GmbH is one of Germany's leading suppliers of measuring devices and systems for the consumption-dependent recording and billing of water and heat. QUNDIS researches and produces with headquarters in Erfurt. - Founded in 1990 as SaMeCo electronic GmbH. In 1994, the company was purchased by the Landis & Gyr Group, then merged with Staefa Control Systems. In 1999, takeover by Siemens Group, until April 2004 operating under the name Siemens Landis & Staefa electronic GmbH, then Siemens Building Technologies electronic GmbH.
