Object

The purpose of the institute is to promote research, education and training as well as practical implementation in the research areas of concrete and recycling, process technology, special building materials and technical systems. Among other things, the areas of precast technology and prefabricated construction, the energy-efficient and environmentally friendly design of building materials, building components, building systems, buildings and urban districts, pipeline construction and inspection of water supply, drainage and gas and district heating supply, as well as the development of innovative and safer processes in the field of occupational health and safety through their own activities or with the help of other companies and institutions in their own countries. The purpose is fulfilled primarily by the new and further development of products, processes and systems as well as the rationalization and further development of already existing technological lines through theoretical and experimental investigations up to the design stage.
