Object

The aim of the hospital operation is to provide the population with the best possible inpatient hospital services, pre-inpatient and post-inpatient treatment and - as far as permissible - with outpatient medical, medical-technical and physical services as well as outpatient operations. Every patient of the hospital has the right to receive hospital services (general hospital services) to the extent necessary and within the limits of the capacity of the hospital, depending on the nature and severity of his illness. General hospital services include medical services, nursing, medical care, food, accommodation and other inpatient, pre-inpatient and post-hospital services. general hospital services also include measures for the early detection of illness within the meaning of social security law carried out during the hospital stay, third-party services arranged by the hospital and the need to take an accompanying person of the patient along for medical reasons as well as - if agreed - semi-inpatient services. In addition to the general hospital services, the hospital provides optional services for a fee, insofar as and insofar as the general hospital services are not impaired by the optional services. 2. The aforementioned corporate purpose can also be achieved by the company participating in other non-profit hospitals, which are managed in the legal form of a corporation, as partners. 3. In addition to the operation of a hospital, the company may carry out short-term care and/or establish companies in the legal form of a GmbH or participate in companies that in turn provide short-term care, insofar as these companies are non-profit. 4. The Company may also participate in non-profit corporations as partners, insofar as these corporations offer services necessary for the operation of a hospital, such as laboratory services. 5. Furthermore, the Company may establish and operate non-profit medical care centers in the legal form of a GmbH.
