Object
The establishment, acquisition and holding of companies providing consulting, planning and other management services in the construction and real estate sectors. This includes in particular the following activities: - project management and construction consulting, - services according to HOAI, - business and management consulting, - development, operation and distribution of IT products and services, - research in the IT and environmental sector, environmental and technology consulting, - development and marketing of management images and business models in the construction and real estate sector, - real estate consulting, real estate and company purchase brokerage, - Marketing and communication, - implementation of construction projects, plant construction as well as - holding and management of land. The company manages a group of companies and also deals with the above-mentioned tasks itself. The object of the company is also the establishment, acquisition and holding of companies whose business purpose is the management of investment funds (collective asset management) and related ancillary activities. The company itself does not provide and operate any services subject to licensing.
Activities
- Project management, civil engineering consulting in all areas of application, services according to HOAI as well as business management consulting in the area of the Free States of Saxony and Thuringia as well as the State of Saxony-Anhalt, each including tasks of construction management.
