1. All work in the field of construction and transport in connection with - planning, control and monitoring of planning, - services of inspection sites, planning inspection, acceptance testing and related activities, - services in the field of environment, geotechnics, geodesy, - project management, project management, control in construction preparation and construction execution, construction supervision and other implementation management, - consulting in the construction, acceptance and maintenance , - personnel training, - management consulting and project-related consulting, - technology and systems consulting at home and abroad on own or third-party account. The Company is also entitled to establish, acquire, participate in or represent similar or similar companies or other companies in Germany and abroad that serve to achieve the object of the company.
