Object
Promotion of science, research and innovation, in particular in the fields of sensor technology, actuators, microsystems technology and photovoltaics, as well as the application of own and other research and development results corresponding to the scientific state of research. The company fulfills its purpose in particular by the following measures, which also form the object of the company of the company: a) interdisciplinary cooperation of members from business, teaching and industry with the aim of coordinating research and development interests, cooperation with government agencies and domestic and foreign institutions of related objectives b) the acquisition of public funding for the financing of research (c) the selection, conception, initiation, supervision and implementation of research and development projects (d) research and development related services in the context of the evaluation of R & D results; (e) the employment of scientific, technical and administrative staff in the context of the implementation of research and development projects; (f) the award of contracts and financial resources to: scientific institutions and commercial enterprises for the implementation of research and development projects, in particular for the realization of tax-privileged purposes g) the organization of scientific joint events, courses and seminars for professional training as well as for the transfer of research and development results to other corporations, the performance of patent searches, patenting if necessary and the publication of research and research and development results.
