Activities
- Focal points are in the areas of subsoil investigation and foundation consulting, earthworks supervision and the related areas of geotechnics, foundation engineering and special civil engineering as well as the associated construction monitoring tasks for the selection of correct and economical foundations - the range of subsoil services includes investigation and exploration by means of boreholes and trenches, with pile-driven or slotted probes as well as exploratory and pile-driven core drillings - field tests to determine the load-bearing capacity and properties of the subsoil layers, Assessment of the geological and hydrological situation, contaminated sites and other influencing factors - Preparation of subsoil reports and foundation advice with a description of the subsoil, its assessment, specification of static and dynamic initial values for the calculation and dimensioning of economic foundation types and instructions for construction implementation - Verification of foundation statics and stability calculations; the expert reports are prepared for residential and industrial buildings, roads and bridges, tower-like structures, pipelines, trenches, basins and tanks, embankments and slopes, as well as for ground-related structural damage and its remediation - within the scope of the earthworks expert report and construction supervision, supervision of test compaction, indication of installation recommendations, preservation of evidence during construction, such as assessment of structural damage to buildings caused by the subsoil, as well as documentation and assessment of the actual condition in preparation for construction measures or for damage assessment.
