- Provision of expert services in the field of mechanical equipment for water management, maintenance, planning, assessment, construction and erection of technical equipment for water management in industry, the municipal economy and the private sector, assumption of management and/or consulting activities for participating companies and other companies, acquisition and leasing of real estate as well as acquisition, holding and management of participations in other companies of all kinds in its own name and for its own account, not for third parties and excluding all transactions requiring a permit pursuant to the German Banking Act (KWG).
