the operation of a building cleaning company in the broadest sense, i.e. the implementation of building, glass and office, industrial, façade, staircase, flooring, ventilation system and construction cleaning as well as any other activity that corresponds to the respective occupational profile of the building cleaning trade; the implementation of services within the framework of facility management such as real estate management, land and building management, operation of supply and disposal including their maintenance and repair as well as their commercial processing; the cleaning of cleanrooms as well as the entire cleaning management; the greening and planting of rehabilitated areas, the execution of landscape conservation plans in road and traffic route construction, the execution of garden concepts in the private and municipal sector; landscape, horticultural maintenance, winter maintenance, snow removal and gritting services on private and municipal land; the assumption of janitorial and housekeeping activities and their organisation; mechanical and manual cleaning of external surfaces, in particular footpaths, parking spaces in public and non-public traffic areas; the execution and organization of removals and small transports as well as the execution and organization of courier and courier services; the interior and exterior cleaning of motor vehicles of all kinds; pest control in and on buildings and facilities, the disinfection of objects, buildings or parts of buildings, in particular kitchens and other food processing facilities as well as health care facilities such as medical practices, spa facilities, baths and hospitals.
