Object
1. the employment of severely disabled persons on the general labour market. The company operates as an integration project within the meaning of § 132 8GB IX. Accordingly, in accordance with the legal requirements, the minimum quota for the employment of severely disabled people within the meaning of this standard is observed. 2. The company acquires new and used computer products and spare parts from suppliers, system houses, companies and public institutions. The purchased IT products and spare parts are sold and rented. In the warehouse and in sheltered workshops, the purchased IT products and spare parts are processed, repaired or permanently modified or exploited by disabled people. The rented IT products are collected from the customer after the period of use, processed in the warehouse and sold on the used market or spare parts market or rented back to customers. The company does not operate pure trade, but has all IT products "refined" by disabled people. For this reason, the Company will also offer these services to external companies (e.g. suppliers) without acquiring ownership of the computer products, i.e. only offer the finishing work on the computer products for these clients and only bill for these services. 3. It is planned to work together with a recognized non-profit workshop. Work as described above, which cannot be performed by your own company, is commissioned from recognized workshops for disabled people. 4. Another object of the company is the support of the educational activities of the federal states and school authorities at schools that have opted for the pedagogical teaching approach with mobile lT devices in the classroom - notebook classes. All students, regardless of the social status of their parents, should be enabled to attend classes in such a notebook class. The company offers low-cost monthly installments for the corresponding notebooks or devices and enables with an education fund that needy parents, who would not receive any equipment financed due to their financial circumstances and / or negative credit reports, are supported by the society within the framework of an education fund with a monthly amount. The purpose is to enable so-called notebook classes throughout Germany without discrimination against students from socially disadvantaged homes. The complete service including the technical service is provided by disabled people in the integration company AfB Arbeit für Behinderte non-profit limited liability company. 5. The Company may take all measures that are suitable to promote the business purpose. In particular, it shall be entitled to establish branches, to acquire other undertakings similar to it or to participate in such undertakings.
